How we use your practice's details

Who we are

Oliyo Tech is the controller of the information described here. Contact: hello@elowenai.co.uk.

What we hold

• Business details published on your website or public directories: practice name, address, main phone number, general email address and website.
• Where available, the name and role of a practice manager or partner.
• Public information about your business, such as opening hours, the booking options on your website, and Companies House records.
• What happens when we contact you: emails sent, replies, calls you make to our demo line, and anything you tell us on our forms.

Why, and on what basis

• To contact businesses that may benefit from Elowen, under our legitimate interests in promoting our service to businesses. We only email limited companies and LLPs without asking first; partnerships and sole traders only after they agree.
• To phone you using an AI assistant only if you have ticked the box saying we may. That is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• To keep a record of anyone who asks us to stop, so that we never contact them again.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we don't contact you again.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run our service, such as our email, telephone and hosting providers, under contracts that protect your information. We never sell it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@elowenai.co.uk. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
