UK GDPR
You are the data controller for your patients and clients; Oliyo Tech is your processor. We sign a data processing agreement with every practice before Elowen takes a call.
Kept in the UK or EU
Call records, notes and bookings are stored in the UK or EU. We list every provider that handles call data, and what each one does, in the agreement.
Never used to train AI
Your callers' conversations are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
Only what's needed
Elowen collects what's needed to book or pass on a call, and nothing more. Data is encrypted in storage and in transit.
Honest with callers
Every call opens with Elowen saying she's an AI assistant and that calls are recorded. Callers can ask for a person at any time, and Elowen transfers them or takes a message, following your rules.
You're always in control
You decide her hours, what she books, what counts as urgent and who it goes to. Every call is summarised and recorded for your team to check.
Identity checked first
Elowen never reads out anything held about a caller until they're identified. Moving or cancelling an appointment by phone needs a one-time code sent by text.
Nothing to fish for
A stranger and a wrong guess get exactly the same reply, with limited retries, so nobody can find out who is registered with you. A new name on a known number gets its own record.
Built to stay up
A second phone system stands by if the main one fails, safety tests run before every update, and nightly backups are restore-tested.
Deleted when you leave
If you stop using Elowen or disconnect your practice software, we delete your data and confirm it in writing.
